V&V Commodities changes name to VV COM
Due to Tim van Doorne leaving the company, we have decided to change the legal form of V&V Commodities, which was a general partnership, into a private limited company. The business structure of a private limited company creates more transparency and security for us as a company, our employees and our clients and business contacts.
We operate in a rapidly changing market. The number of non-standardised products is also increasing, whereas our old company name referred more to this standardisation.
In response, we have decided that V&V Commodities will continue as VV COM BV.
VV COM reflects this diversification in e.g. COMmodities, COMmission trading but always driven by COMmon sense.
The name is changing, but our trusted way of working with more than 30 years of experience will not change. Personal attention, effectiveness, reliability and expertise are the main pillars of our approach.
